My name is Ceri Mumford and I run a pratice from my home in Lancaster. I am a fully qualified STAT approved teacher, having graduated froma three year full-time course at the Fellside Centre, Kendal.My background is in acting (particulalry Community Theatre and Theatre in Education) and I still run theatre project in schools on a part-time basis. I also have qualifications in Reflexology and Reiki (level 2) My interest in the Alexander Technique, and the desire to teach it, was strengthened by my personal experience of it as an extremely useful tool in my life, allowing me more choice and aweness in how to react to and deal with different situations
